Business – this means all the businesses that join ValueSerives marketing platform.
Customer – this means all the customers who joins the ValueSerives marketing platform.
Website – this means the marketing platform valueservices.co.za owned by ValueServices Pty ltd.
Services – this means act performed to do business towards the customers
Introductions:
Every business and small business that uses the ValueServices marketing platform must be subjected to the rules below. If the rules are not followed, a proper root cause analyst will be done for security purposes.
Overview:
ValueServices is a marketing platform for any size business rendering a service to a client or selling goods.
Information:
The information uploaded by the businesses and small business should be business orientated. One of ValueServices positions is to keep all information in line with the values of the company. Furthermore, ValueServices does not take any responsibility for the information and content uploaded by the businesses and customers.
ValueServices is also not responsible for the services provided by the businesses. ValueServces expects a high standard of services. Customers must use the business reviews so that ValueServices can investigate whether the services are in line with ValueServices’ values.
To show clients and ValueServices that sincere business is being done, it will be beneficial for all businesses and clients to add in all the information on their profiles for example licenses, guarantees and qualifications.
Intellectual property and website content:
Businesses and customers are responsible for using the website within legal aspects. All posts, messages, photos, video’s, or any other material performed by the business or customers are their own responsibility.
The ValueServive owns all the intellectual property contained by the ValueServives website such as text, databases, photos, and layouts.
Payment Term
Fees
No fee is required from businesses that use the package that is free. For Premium packages, there are a standard monthly fee that covers administrative costs.
Payments will only be made by credit cards, debit cards or bank transfers. Invoices will be sent to the email address given by the business user to ValueServices.
Premium packages can be cancelled at any time by the business user and will then fall back on the basic package.
If monthly fee is not paid, the business will be taken down from the Premium packages until the payment is received.
Changes
ValueServices has the right to change the terms and conditions over time but will notify the business and customers if changes are made.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
